I offer a free 15-minute consultation (by phone) so you can get a sense of whether we’re a good match. During this time, we can talk about what you would like to get out of therapy, my approach, and whether my style resonates with you.
My Approach
I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy. I take an integrative approach to treatment, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, goals and cultural background.
I work with individuals expericing anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, self-esteem concerns, life tranitions, relationship challenges, and insomnia. Many of my clients are navigating the pressures of balancing personal well-being, family expectations, cultural values, and professional responsibilities.
As an immigrant, I have particular interest in supporting Asian American individuals, immigrants, and first-and second-generation adults. Together, we may explore issues related to identity, belonging, intergenerational relationships, cultural expectations, perfectionism, caregiving responsibilities, and the challenges of navigating multiple cultural worlds.
My goal is to provide a warm, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and supported. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical tools for coping, and create meaningful change that aligns with your values and goals.
